Thunder looked over at Raven. "Yes. Move out." The pride warriors ran behind Soni and Thunder.

Soni ran through the Sun Rays pride jumping on them and wounding them as the rest of the pride finished them off, she soon came to Blade, she knew he wouldn't be easy to battle so she started circling him.

Thunder started to circle Blade too. "You can make a deal with us or face death." He stopped and stared into Blade's eyes.

"Since when did we start giving choices?" Soni snarled circling Blade.

Thunder looked up at Soni. "I thought that would be too easy."

Jayden watched from his tree as thunder and soni circles blade, he moved his attention to the lions around them, most have stopped fighting watching the leaders, but one lion is stalking up behind soni, Jay eyes flashed as he jumped down from the tree and launched him self at the lion, snapping the lions neck, a lion jumped at jay from behind, with the lion landing on his back, jay flip his hind end over his head, bucking the lion off, the lion turned around and launched him self at jayden, jay caught the lion with his mouth on the lion's throat, blood dripped on the ground and ran down jay's neck and chest, painting the front on his mane red. jayden dropped the lion and continued to watch Soni and Thunder circle blade...

Safari was busy running through the battle grounds healing his fellow pride mates. He notices other lions fighting and roared at them to stop. He went on to watch the leaders. He growled at them and spoke bravely in the midst of the battle. "Stop! Can't you see all the trouble you are causing! Every battle ends in death. Stop! Our cubs future depends on today and our actions. If you want the best for your clan speak. Tooth and Claw is not the way to solve problems! I say we should divide the land equally before we loose family and friends. Just. Stop." Exhausted from the effort he slumped and waited for the future of the lions.

Soni's eyes flashed to the Sun Ray's Healer, Safari," You ignorant fool! Do you know what your pride has done to mine and Thunder's? They stole food, caused disese, ran stampedes through our dens, they took our lives before we could compromise. Now its our turn!" The rest of her pride roared in agreement of the unfairness ruled between both prides.

Safari knew his only hope was to stand in Blades place. He spoke out for what might be his last time and roared. "I will stop this now. I will step onto my grave and fight for peace and die for my pride or save all the lions of Africa. I will take Blades place on the battle field! And save the two prides!"
Safari stepped up to Thunder and pushed Blade aside to keep him safe. Safari roared. He was not a fighting lion but he would fight to stop the blood being spilled. He spoke to Thunder "I'm sorry. Tell Blade I'm sorry if I die. I am only doing this to prevent blood from being spilled. I will not kill you I will only fight." Tears welled in his eyes as he said what could be his last words. He rose up on his hide legs and came down on Thunder's back. The battle had started.

Soni's eyes widened as she watched Safari stand up bravely to Thunder, Soni ran over and pulled him off of Thunder, she looked at him, not with rage, but with understanding." Go home kid, the battle feild is no place for you, Move out men!" She roared, she walked over to Thunder and let him lean on her for support,"Take this as a warning Blade, next time, we kill you, all of you." Soni nudged Thunder up to his feet and began to follow the pride silently after the other lions in her pride.

Jay looked after Soni and thunder then looked back to Safari, " you've did a brave thing, Kid, and i understand why you did it.....it's hard to treat so many wounds.....and to see so much death......i only fought to protect the pride and my self" he said, then sadly he looked down at the lion he have killed, " he shouldn't have dead today" he whispered, with his necklace glowing, jayden walked over to thunder and soni, and followed them back

Soni walked into the den and looked at the cave paintings," My mother was killed in cold blood by your father, Thunder. I want to avenge her. I'm leaving tonight to attack the Sun Rays and no one will stop me." Soni said not taking her eyes out of the cave painting of her mother, Soni raised her bloody paw and left the stain on the wall her eyes welled up but she soon stopped herself and turned back around.

Safari was scared. He saw how close he had come with death. He turned around and headed to the camp.

That night he saw a ghostly figure in front of him. He reconized him as the spirit of lightning.

"You have done well son." Lightning said. "In honor of your bravery and courage I have decided to give you four more lives. You now have five lives to save your pride and stop war." Then he was gone.

Safari pondered out of his den ready for a fight.

As night fell Soni grew ready to go and avenge her mother. Soni walked through the night territory, her black pelt blending in with the nightsky. She started looking for the second in charge of the Sun Rays and quickly killed him, she started killing all the warriors while they slept and slowly got to the hunters, spys, and then the two of the mothers and their cubs. Soni ran out of the Sun Ray's territory she found the river and washed the blood off of her paws then she ran back to her territory she took off her armor and tryed to sleep but couldn't.

Safari ran over to soni. He growled.

Soni stopped in midstep and turned around," You caught me. Now what are you going to do? You put your life in danger once, I would like to see you do it again." Soni snarled," I might have sympathized you once, but I won't do it again, and you won't live long enough to see me do another nice thing for you." She growled and swiped her paw across Safari's face leaving scars.

He answered "I will not back down I am a lion gifted with five lives." He jumped on her back and bite her ear leaving a nick.

Soni snarled," I am a lioness, gifted with nine lives!" She threw herself at Safari and bit his neck leaving a huge mark, she pinned him down and rabit kicked his stomach while raking his stomach with her claws.

Safari dodged the blow and roared "I only want to make peace with your pack!" He stopped fighting.

Soni stood in a lunging position waiting to attack if she needed to," When you say peace, what do you mean?"
